BetterPartner is a relationship check-in app. Information you enter in the app, such as daily heart scores, love language check-ins, reminder preferences, and partner-link settings, is stored on your device and may also be stored in your Firebase account when you are signed in.

If you choose to sign in with Google, BetterPartner uses Firebase Authentication to identify your account and securely sync relevant app data. This can include your account email and relationship check-in data needed for core app features such as shared partner status and history.

BetterPartner does not sell your personal data. BetterPartner does not use advertising SDKs to track you across other apps or services.

Permissions

BetterPartner may request permissions needed for app functionality, such as notification permission for daily reminders and internet/network access for account sign-in and cloud sync. These permissions are used only to support app features.

Data Control

You can control your data at any time by signing out, clearing app data on your device, or uninstalling the app. If you use cloud sync, some data may remain in your Firebase-backed account until removed.
