All My Favorite Pixel 9 Pro Fold Accessories!

The Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold is a great phone, but it can be even better with the right accessories. Here are some of the best accessories for the Pixel 9 Pro Fold:

Cases and skins

  • SopiGuard Skin: This is a great option if you're looking for a more affordable skin than dbrand. They offer a wide variety of textures and colors, including a faux leather finish that I've personally used and found to be very durable. It's thinner than dbrand and a good way to add grip and style.

  • DBrand real leather skin: This is my personal favorite. It offers excellent protection from scratches and bumps while looking incredibly stylish. Just a heads up, you might want to customize the skin and remove the cutout for the Google logo. I had some issues with it peeling up and unfortunately had to remove it altogether.

  • ThinBorn Aramid Fiber case: If you prefer a case, this aramid fiber option is super thin and lightweight. It also has MagSafe compatibility, so you can attach grips or chargers. However, be aware of the Pixel 9 Pro Fold's wireless charging coil location, as strong magnets might interfere with it or cause the screen to act up.

  • Pitaka Aramid Fiber case: Another excellent aramid fiber case, the Pitaka is very similar to the ThinBorn but slightly more affordable. It also features a MagSafe ring but doesn't include a front piece for the screen.

  • Latercase Aramid Fiber case: This aramid fiber case sits in between the ThinBorn and Pitaka in terms of price. While I haven't personally tested it, I’ve heard good things.

  • Google case: The official Google case is a solid choice if you're looking for a durable and eco-friendly option. It's made from recycled materials and offers good protection with a soft inner lining. While it adds a bit more bulk than other cases, it comes with both front and back pieces.

  • Tudia case: This rugged case is perfect if you need serious protection for your Pixel 9 Pro Fold. It features a built-in grip and a MagSafe charging ring. The only downside is the included screen protector on the front cover, which you might not need.

Screen protectors

  • Spigen Tempered Glass: Easy installation, but you may encounter some issues with bubbling on the bottom left of the screen.

  • Caseology Snap Fit: Very similar scenario to the Spigen protector.

  • Dbrand Prism: Sure, it’s a bit more expensive, but man is it solid. Easy install, edge to edge fit and no bubbles. Might not play nice with all cases though!

Watches and Earbuds

  • Pixel Watch 2: This is still my go-to watch. Battery life is enough for me, close to 48 hours if needed and the Pixel integration is great. Using the camera app as the viewfinder was super useful over the holidays.

  • Pixel Watch 3: I’ve not tested this on myself, but I expect it to be very good. It’s the new version of the watch I already love after all. There’s also a new larger size for those who need that.

  • Pixel Buds a Series: Great value buds with a great fit.

  • Pixel Buds Pro: Very solid buds with good sound and good Google integration.

  • Pixel Buds Pro 2: These might be my favorite buds of all time. Great sound, Gemini built in and finally a great fit.
