Oppo Find N5 15.0.1.402 Update is LIVE

Only about a week after a small system update hit my Find N5, Oppo is back this time with a full version update. There are several notable items in the changelog below, so take a look!

Changes

Communication & Interconnection

  • Adds a new feature that allows you to view and download your Mac files directly from your mobile device, making file management more convenient than ever.

  • The O+ Connect app now supports Windows, enabling you to connect your mobile device to a Windows computer for effortless file management across devices.

  • You can now copy NFC access cards to your mobile device.

  • Improves the experience of connecting to some cars and the stability of Bluetooth connections.

  • Increases the range for BeaconLink communication.

Camera

  • Adds the zoom wheel and aspect ratio setting to help you tweak your composition more easily.

  • Adds Depth Fusion functionality to Macro mode, creating photos with a clear foreground and background.

  • Adds telephoto support for landscapes and moon photos, with clear details of both the landscape and the moon.

  • Adds new settings to lock your lens, adjust white balance, and automatically adapt the frame rate while taking videos.

  • Provides greater control in stylizing photos taken in Master mode, allowing you to enhance your photos further on top of existing filters to suit your preference.

  • Improves the exposure and color performance of some scenes, bringing a better and more stable shooting experience.

  • Improves camera performance and stability.

System

  • Adds a suggestion for you to open a new app in Split View in some scenarios.

  • Integrates the April 2025 Android security patch to enhance system security.

  • Improves system stability.
