All the way back on January 5th I brought you guys news of a patent filed by Samsung for a multi-folding (tri-fold) device. While this patent did show a device that had some similarities to Huawei’s Mate XT, there were at least a few notable differences. Perhaps the most impactful difference is that rather than an “in-and-out” style, this device would see both exterior thirds folding inwards. Samsung Display calls this a G-Flex style device.

As Google releases Android 16 Beta 2 many in the Samsung community are wondering where exactly Android 15 is. The much anticipated One UI 7, which launched on the S25 Series of devices is still nowhere to be seen and today we have update on just how much longer you’ll need to wait… And it’s not great news.

As of this morning the second beta for Android 16 is now live for Pixel devices. As usual, I have installed it on my trusty Pixel Fold in order to break down what’s new.

My recent article and video post ignited a flurry of discussion and speculation regarding the anticipated OnePlus Open 2 foldable phone. I detailed my hypothesis, citing an anonymous tip, the total radio silence from OnePlus on the device, the lack of leaks, and the curious distribution of Oppo Find N5 devices to tech reviewers instead of a potential OnePlus Open successor. These factors led me to believe the Open 2's release was unlikely, a warning I shared with my audience to temper expectations.

According to insider Ross Young, we now have display sizes for the upcoming Samsung Multi-Fold and the Z Fold7. First officially teased at the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event for the S25 series, Young is reporting that the Multi-Fold device will have a 10-inch inner display and a 6.49-inch cover display.

There's a lot of buzz surrounding Oppo's upcoming foldable phone, the Find N5. However, the OnePlus Open 2 has been conspicuously absent from all the usual sources of leaks and social media chatter. This silence raises a question: Could it be that the OnePlus Open 2 is simply not going to be released?

After months of teasing their next generation foldable, Oppo has finally confirmed many details about the upcoming Find N5. It’s about damn time too because the hype for this and the eventual OnePlus rebadge as the Open 2 was reaching a fever pitch in the foldable community.

The Galaxy S25 Edge is a Lot Thinner Than We Thought..

Earlier today on Twitter, known accurate tech leaker Even Blass posted a series of images depicting the upcoming Oppo Find N5. No question this is one of the most highly anticipated devices of the year and Oppo has recently confirmed that it’ll be launched globally around February 20th. Hopefully, this means that it’ll launch here in the states at the same time under the OnePlus banner as the Open 2.

Just hours ago the official Oppo Weibo account posted a teaser trailer for the Oppo Find N5 and in it we get several tantalizing looks at the device that should be the sister device to the OnePlus Open 2.

Now that the Samsung Galaxy S25 series is out in the wild all eyes now turn towards their next big release, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 (no one cares about Edge). Today, we have a handful of rumors from sources that are a bit more dubious than we normally cover, but we’re going to take a look anyways.
